On 30 May 2025, Wealth Creation Global Community and Cameron Curriden, contracting through Nova Family Office, LLC, executed a licensing agreement through Adobe Sign. The specified deliverables were completed and accepted, but the resulting US$10,000,000 licence fee was not received.
Lance Jerrard of WCGC publishes this independent documentary record on behalf of the party owed the licence fee. The site is neither operated by nor connected with Nova Family Office, LLC or Cameron Curriden. It makes no allegation of fraud or wrongdoing; it records one unresolved commercial payment obligation.
The contractual instrument
The agreement granted licensed access to proprietary software systems developed by WCGC. It was a formally executed written instrument, not an oral arrangement or informal understanding. Adobe’s official signing platform recorded and timestamped its execution on 30 May 2025.

What was delivered
The agreed deliverables were fulfilled in full, and the counterparty confirmed his satisfaction with the work. Delivery was never the matter in question. What remains
The agreement was executed. The work was delivered. The payment was not received. That single fact is the matter recorded here — nothing more, and nothing less.
